Northern California’s Most Trusted Roofer

I am a real estate broker based in San Ramon and I have hired Ryan Kelly of Kelly Roofing on behalf of a significant number of clients over the past five plus years. Work performed has included: numerous roof inspections prior to purchase (Kelly charges $75 per inspection); repair of a flat tar and gravel roof on a restaurant building in Oakland; repair of a flat comp built-up roof on a commercial building in Danville; complete replacement of a roof on a single-family home in Dublin and another home in Hayward; repairs to roofs on single family homes in Alamo, Antioch, Concord, Fremont, Hayward, San Leandro….and the list goes on. Ryan Kelly is the only roofer I use as there is simply no reason to go anywhere else. He is honest, timely, fair in his pricing and he cares about his clients and his reputation. If only all people in the trades were like Ryan Kelly!
